International Family and Inheritance Law in Turin, Italy

Studio Legale Morizio’s fields of activity are international family law, inheritance law and civil litigation.

Since 2017 Avv. Alberto Morizio is honorary fellow of Comparative Private Law (IUS/02) at UNIUPO – Eastern Piedmont University, Alessandria, Italy and is often invited as lecturer (conferences and publications).

For the Academic Year 2022/2023, Avv. Alberto Morizio is Contract Professor of European Private Law, Department of Economics, UNIUPO – Eastern Piedmont University, Alessandria, Italy.

Avv. Alberto Morizio is an active member of UIA – Union Internationale des Avocats, Family Law and International Estate Planning commissions, giving his contribution as a speaker from the Italian point of view.

Since 2018 he is also member of  Family Law Commission of Turin Bar Association.

Recent representations include:

International separation and divorce proceedings, maintenance for children of unmarried parents, relocation issues, Italian declaration of succession, transnational inheritance cases (Australia, Brazil, France, Switzerland, United States of America), protection of necessary heirs, international estate planning, credit recovery.
